Tenant Satisfaction Measures telephone survey

A key part of The Regulator of Social Housing's Tenant Satisfaction Measures is to speak to our tenants to find out what you think about your home and the services we provide.

So that's why we survey tenants to understand how satisfied you are with our services, based on these measures.  

The 2025/26 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) surveys run through to the end of March 2026.

Market research company Acuity carry the surveys out on our behalf and important information about the telephone surveys, is included in the drop-downs below.
